Bradley grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, the middle of three boys in a tight-knit, entrepreneurial family. From an early age, he learned two things that would define his life: the value of hard work, and the irreplaceable importance of family.

His grandmother was one of the most important people in his world. They shared a mutual adoration — the kind of bond that leaves a permanent mark. When she passed away while Bradley was still young, his family was left to navigate something no one prepares you for: the overwhelming, emotionally exhausting process of sorting through a lifetime of belongings, coordinating logistics, and managing an estate — all while grieving.

He watched his family juggle the demands of everyday life — jobs, kids, schedules — while simultaneously trying to handle the endless details of a transition that felt impossible to manage alone. There was no one to call. No one who could just come in, take it all off their plate, and handle it with the care and respect it deserved.

That experience never left him. And years later, it became the reason ATCO Solutions exists.

Bradley is a born-and-raised Chicagolander with entrepreneurship in his blood. Growing up in a family that built things from scratch, he developed an instinct for solving problems, finding the right fit for people, and getting things done — without excuses.

His background in sales sharpened a natural gift: the ability to truly listen to what someone needs, cut through the noise, and deliver exactly the right solution. He doesn't just hear what you're asking for — he understands what you're going through.
