Our service fees cover our team's time, expertise, coordination, sorting, packing, donation management, and all project oversight. Moving costs (truck, movers), hauling/disposal fees, and third-party vendor charges (cleaners, handymen, estate sale companies) are quoted separately and transparently before any work begins. You will always know the full cost before we start.

Not at all — that's the point. Many of our clients live out of state or simply can't be there. We handle everything and keep you updated throughout. If you'd like to be present, you're always welcome. It's completely your choice.

With the utmost care and respect. Before we begin, we walk through the home with you (in person or virtually) to identify anything that must be preserved, set aside for family members, or handled with special attention. Nothing sentimental is discarded without your explicit direction.

We coordinate donations to local charities and organizations first — giving belongings a second life wherever possible. Items that can't be donated are disposed of responsibly. If there are items of value, we can coordinate an estate sale or connect you with buyers. You decide what happens to everything.

We understand that many situations are time-sensitive. In most cases, we can begin within a few days of your initial call. For urgent situations — such as a sudden move to memory care or an estate that needs to be cleared quickly for a home sale — we will do everything we can to accommodate your timeline.

We regularly work alongside realtors who need a property cleared and reset before listing, and with senior living communities whose new residents need a smooth, dignified move-in experience.
